Dr. Rachael Muster
Hi, I’m Dr. Rachael Muster, founder of Namasday Wellness Counseling. In addition to my work as a Professional Clinical Counselor (OH + FL), I am a mom, wife, Wellness Coach, researcher, and former adjunct faculty at Kent State University.

As a counselor, I have 15+ years of clinical experience in a variety of settings. I began my career working with children, adolescents, families, and educators in K-12 education. Building upon this foundation, I entered private practice. During this time, I have enjoyed providing support to educators, teens, young adults, parents, couples, health-care providers, first responders, educators, the LQBTQ+ community, and more!
I specialize in helping people who are experiencing disruptive life transitions (divorce, grief/loss, etc.), trauma, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, school or work related challenges, relationship concerns, issues related to parenting, identity confusion, and developmental concerns.

I believe that we ALL possess the power to become the healthiest, happiest versions of ourselves. My counseling philosophy is designed to help you tap into your innate strengths. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered. My services are designed to help you get unstuck and overcome adversity by looking at your challenges through a new lens.
Invite me to join you on your journey today. I look forward to meeting you!

Dr. Shirley Sloan-Oberdier
Hi, I'm Dr. Shirley Sloan-Oberdier! In addition to my work as a Professional Counselor (OH), I am a mom, wife, and researcher. I began my work in the counseling field as an elementary school counselor. Working as a school counselor for 9 years, I became very comfortable supporting children and families through a wide range of experiences. While obtaining my Professional Counselor license and spending time in private practice thereafter, I have appreciated the change of pace working with clients of all ages. I have experience providing individual, couple, family and group counseling, as well as animal-assisted therapy.

I especially enjoy tailoring therapy to support my clients' specific interests and goals for our time together. I feel that one of the most exciting things about counseling is the knowledge gained and shared within the relationship.I have a strong belief in the power of supportive connections to others and believe that through these an abundance of possibilities are unlocked in each of us. I am passionate about being a supportive connection for my clients so they can in turn build these with others in their lives.
If you feel that a supportive connection with me is something you have been looking for to unlock possibilities in yourself, I would love to meet with you and see! Looking forward to hearing from you!
